Used to measure electrical resistance in megohms.  Two ranges X1 and X100.  Dial calibrations range from 1.0 to 1000 megohm. Uses a "Cat's Eye" tube as an indicator.  Operating instructions are in lid.

One end of the carrying strap hold down is missing. Good condition otherwise for its' age. Tested and it works.  Item is being offered as-is.
